The worse death is a life without hope. Should Lee Vin Bah reach a place where he is unable to recognizes a life with the possibility of self-nurturing growth, Bah’s final offering of compassion for humanity will result in his physician assisted suicide in an effort to focus attention on U.S. Government torture programs and the silence of a Democratic Congress and Progressive news media that will be unable to justify their failures to respond to the Black File 7001 summary report and the multitude of federal crimes committed by the agents and agencies of the U.S. Government under the Bush-Cheney administration. Lee Vin Bah, while harming no other person will offer his own life in the honored memory of June 11, 1963 when Thich Quang Duc, a Buddhist monk from the Linh-Mu Pagoda in Hue, Vietnam, burned himself to death at a busy intersection in downtown Saigon, Vietnam in protest of government’s persecution of the Buddhist community.
